Your abstract length is limited to 4 pages. The template of the abstract: abstact.doc
Particpants of the conference should send abstract data to psi@plasma.mephi.ru
Deadline for the abstract submission – 31 december 2016.
The papers selected after the reviewing will be published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series. The approximate cost of publication of one report in the journal of 4000 RUB. Payment must be made upon receipt of invoice after receipt of the notice of articles for publication.
