The Congress Hall is located in the 14th floor of Hotel.
Welcome reception starts at 18:30.
Participants Registration
The conference materials will be distributed and the arrived participants will be registered starting from Sunday, September 18th, 16:00-18:00, and during the other days of conference at the registration desk in the Congress Hall on the 14th floor of the hotel Intourist Kolomenskoe.

Moscow tours
Dear conference participants,
We are glad to invite you to Moscow tours!
There are two optional tours to see interesting cultural and historical places of Moscow on the 20th of September.
Please, see below a short description of each excursion and choose the most interesting and convenient tour for you.
We have to inform you that the number of participants for every excursion is limited.
Please, choose the tour and inform the Conference Information Office staff upon your arrival.
Two lists of excursion participants will be formed at the Conference Information Office
from 16:00 18th of September till 15:00 19th of September.
If the excursion is not included in your conference fee but you would like to attend it, please inform the Conference Information Office staff.
1. Moscow Night Lights tour
When big city bustle abates and twilight descend Moscow, the Old Town stays especially beautiful. Historical buildings colored by various lights are fascinating and open for you a new mysterious Moscow…
We recommend this tour for people who would like to see Russian Capital anew! You have a good chance to enjoy night Moscow beauty and ascertain that enigmatic Moscow, mysterious Moscow has newer sleep.
• Tour time: from 19.00 to 23.00, September 20
• Beginning: Bus from Hotel Intourist Kolomenskoe (boarding from 18:30)
• Ending: “Novokuznetskaya” metro station.
Last bus stop of Moscow Night Lights tour will be near “Novokuznetskaya” metro station, a very nice historical merchant city-district where you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with international and Russian cuisine.
( “Novokuznetskaya” metro station is a Green line station and connects with “Tret`yakovskaya” stations of Yellow and Orange lines thus you can be back to hotel by metro before 00.45.)

2. Evening Moscow River tour
We recommend this tour for people who would like to enjoy perfect views of Moscow from comfortable river ship deck!
The Guide recites you about all main sights and historical buildings, impart about Moscow legends and stories.
You will see the Moscow Kremlin, historical building of Russian Academy of Science, Stalin`s skyscrapers and other famous sights colored with night lights.
The nice bar on the lower deck will wait guests to offer refreshments at the breezy autumn evening.
• Tour time: from 18.00 to 22.00, September 20
• Beginning: Bus from Hotel Intourist Kolomenskoe (boarding from 18:15 to 18:30)
• Ending: “Kashirskaya” metro station and MEPhI central entrance
(10 min walking from Hotel Intourist Kolomenskoe)
 
Conference Dinner on Wednesday (21th of September)
The conference dinner will take place on a magnificent beautiful location in Kolomenskoe Park. On the open space near the Palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich big tent will be set-up, especially for this occasion.
Conference dinner starts at 19:00.
Let`s enjoy a delicious Russian cuisine and atmosphere of Tsar`s time!
