The series of ECLIM conferences are held to stimulate fundamental and applied research on high-energy and/or high-intensity laser-matter interaction. They allow researchers, students and engineers gathering, on a rather informal basis, for fruitful discussions, and presentation of new results within the conference topics.

This 34th issue will be held in Moscow at a time when the dynamism of laser developments is stronger than ever, boosted by the active collaboration of academic researchers and innovation partners. The several MW and PW facilities are successfully operates and provide the promising results to enlarge the knowledge of fundamental physics and bring new tools for the exploration of matter.
