If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation and you want to get an official invitation letter, please provide necessary information during registration on the conference web-site.

 For accommodation
 we recommend either the "Kolomenskoe-Intourist" hotel,
 or the MEPhI dormitories.
 If you choose to stay at the hotel,    
 please book it yourself  using promo-code MEPHI  
 to get a room for a lower price. If you want to stay
 in the dormitories contact the organizers in advance.

While in Moscow,  you can reach "Kolomenskoe-Intourist" hotel  by taking Metro (st. Kashirskaya)

Then a bus at Kaskirskoe shosse (275, 298,738, 742) or a trolley (71) and exit on second stop .
